Damien Guermonprez, Chairman

Damien Guermonprez is experienced in building long term partnerships in financial services. He previously founded and managed 14 credit institutions, leasing companies or insurance companies, during the last 13 years, on behalf of the corporations he worked for: AON France, BUT, Banque Accord, CASE Corporation, RCI Banque. As a passionate about management and innovation in financial services, he has a natural leadership role to grow our company through innovation, empowerment and international development.

Damien Guermonprez holds an MBA from Harvard, and his based in Paris. He is an expert in payment systems, consumer credit and risk management.

Sébastien Burlet, Chief Executive Officer 

Serial entrepreneur, Sébastien Burlet graduated as an engineer (ESI Supinfo – French graduate school of computer science – 1995). After two years of experience in the USA and 1 year in London, he established his first Internet "garage start-up", Sunflower Services, in 2000, with banks and telecommunications operators as its main customers. As the Innovations Manager, Sébastien Burlet developed the business, until it reached a workforce of 100 consultants. He later became the Operations Manager and a board member of the software and computing services company who bought his start-up in 2006: the BTD group with 1000 members of staff.

As a leading innovator of PDA Banking in Europe, Sébastien Burlet is supported by a new visionary team to help banks and financial institutions build a competitive advantage with WEB 2.0 Banking and WAP/SMS banking solutions.

Antoine Orsini, Vice President Sales

Antoine ORSINI is in charge of the sales strategy for Lemon Way on an International level. Prior to Lemon Way, Antoine ORSINI worked at Bouygues Telecom where he was in charge the Client Service Department. He has been Sales Director at EBP a software editor before joining the Nestlé Waters group as Client Service Director. He had to organize sales department on a distributor model.

Armand dos Santos, Chief Technical Officer

Armand dos Santos is in charge of the research and development team at Lemon Way, and manages the integration of Wonderbank software suite worldwide. He is also responsible for training resellers teams and distributors. He previously worked for Nokia R&D and various major firms in the mobile area.

Manuel Montalban, is a former ILOG co-founder, was also COO at Atempo, and vice president of VirtualLogix.
